Binalyze Cookie Notice
1. About this Notice
1.1 This Cookie Notice explains how Binalyze OÜ (“we” or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on https://binalyze.ai/ and its subdomains (the “Website”). It tells you which cookies we set, what they do, how long they stay on your device and how you can change your choice at any time.
1.2 This Notice is part of our Binalyze Online Privacy Notice. For all other information about how we process your personal data, including your rights and how to contact us, please read that Notice.
1.3 A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit it. Cookies let the Website remember your actions and preferences. In this Notice, “cookies” also covers similar technologies such as pixels, tags and browser storage, because they work in the same way.
2. How we ask for your consent
2.1 When you visit the Website for the first time, we show you a cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies are always active, because the Website cannot work without them. All other cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner.
2.2 You can accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose the categories you want. If you reject, we do not set any analytics, marketing or session recording cookies.
2.3 You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer of the Website. Withdrawing your consent is as easy as giving it, and it does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place before you withdrew it.
2.4 Our legal basis for strictly necessary cookies is our legitimate interest in providing a working and secure Website. Our legal basis for all other cookies is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

5. Who receives the data
5.1 The cookies above are set by us and by the service providers named in the tables: Cloudflare, HubSpot, Google, LogRocket, Intercom and X (Twitter). These providers act as our processors or, where they decide themselves how to use the data, as separate controllers.
5.2 Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this is the case, we transfer the data on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another transfer mechanism allowed under Chapter V of the GDPR. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards we use by writing to privacy@binalyze.com.
6. How to manage cookies yourself
6.1 The easiest way is the cookie settings link in the footer of the Website. There you can see the categories again and change your choice.
6.2 You can also manage cookies in your browser. Most browsers let you block cookies, delete the cookies you already have, or warn you before a cookie is set. Please note that if you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Website may stop working.
6.3 For analytics and advertising you can use the opt-out tools of the providers themselves, for example the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and the advert settings of your Google and X accounts.
7. Changes to this Notice
7.1 We may update this Notice when we add or remove cookies, or when the law changes. The current version is always available on the Website. If the change is important, we will tell you in the cookie banner.
